The tool
Bulin 47 AI is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bulin 47 or Kevin Wai. Photos and stories create a new AI scene. Likeness, movements, lip sync and sound may vary.
Photos, audio and permission
You must be an adult and have permission to use uploaded photos and depicted people. Illegal, sexual, abusive or deceptive content and nonconsensual impersonation are prohibited. The service offers authorized audio for this workflow; this does not grant a general license to other recordings, trademarks or images. Review rights and platform rules before sharing.
Credits and payments
Packs are one-time USD purchases without a subscription. The generation cost is shown upfront. Waffo handles payment; credits are added after server confirmation. Purchasing credits does not automatically generate a video. Credits are reserved on submission and returned once for a confirmed failure.
Results and refunds
Creative quality varies; a minor artifact alone is not a technical failure. Check the same attempt if submission is uncertain to avoid duplicate charges. Contact support to request payment refunds, reviewed according to the purchase, usage and applicable consumer rights. Deleting a video does not return credits.
Availability and support
Purchases or generation may pause for maintenance, provider issues or safety. Save access and download your videos. Specific results and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Contact support@bulin47ai.vip.
