Start with a good photo

A sharp photo of one adult, with good lighting, a visible face and unobstructed hands is a better starting point. Avoid groups, strong filters, sunglasses and very small faces. Use a photo more than 300 and less than 6000 pixels on each side, without an extreme crop.

Choosing a photo does not upload it or use credits. When you press Generate, your image is sent to our services and Kie.

Your video’s audio

Choose authorized freestyle audio, AI-generated sound or no sound. Freestyle audio is added in your browser once the video is ready. We create a new scene: the original moves, identical likeness and exact lip sync are not guaranteed.

Keep this tab open while audio is being prepared. Video generation can continue after you leave the page. If audio preparation fails, keep the silent video and try again from My videos. You do not need to pay or generate again to add audio to the same file.

Save my access

This link gives access to your credits and videos. Keep it private; anyone with the link can use it. Creating a new link revokes the previous one.

Your private link carries a code after #. Do not publish it or give it to anyone who should not have access. Recovery creates a new link and revokes previous sessions. If you lose both your session and link, contact support; an email or order number cannot automatically grant access.

Buy credits and check payment

Waffo Pancake checkout opens in a new tab. Credits are added after payment is confirmed. Buying credits does not start a video automatically.

Keep this page to check your balance. If payment is pending, check the same purchase instead of paying again. Contact support for refund requests; returning credits for a failed video is not a cash refund.

Review, download or delete

The model queue and the scene affect the time. Follow the status in My videos; you do not have to keep the window open. If it takes longer, check the same video again. When the provider confirms a failed generation, we return the credits for that attempt once. If the status is uncertain, we keep the existing attempt to avoid charging twice. Contact support about payments or refunds.

Review faces, hands and sound before sharing. A result under review is not available yet. Delete completed videos from My videos; deletion does not return credits. Download a copy of anything you want to keep.
